We have one very urgent position in one of the LEADING BFSI BRAND
POSITION - Relationship Manager [ Mid Corporate / Large Corporates ] - IT segment
DESIGNATION - Chief Manager
REPORTING : National Sales Head
LOCATION - Mumbai ( South Mumbai )
OFFERED CTC - 18lac - 20lac pa ; depending upon current CTC, total & relevant years of experience, business volume, education background, interview status.
Job Responsibilities -
They will handle high value IT segment funding deals of 20 Cr and above.
Responsible for maintaining relationship with existing & prospective clients, vendors, manufacturers etc. in order to generate business leads and improve market share in the assigned segment.
Business Outcomes
- Drive the business development for the Health Care & IT Infrastructure business including the sale, loan and lease of the assets according to the business plan for the assigned area
- Ensure business development in the potential new avenues for business & generate revenue from untapped markets in the assigned area/ state
- Ensure collections for the first six months to mitigate early delinquencies
- Risk, Process & Compliance
- Ensure process adherence, TAT improvement & adherence to all stipulated policies & guidelines and ensure operational excellence IT & Health care businesses
- Ensure adherence of risk management strategies & ensure compliance applicable regulatory norms and statutory guidelines .
People
- Ensure establishment of goal setting and targets along with periodic reviews to achieve the objectives of the function
- Attend all the mandatory trainings required to meet the requirements of the role

REQUIREMENTS :
B. Minimum Requirements
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate.
Experience Minimum 6-11 years of experience in Sales in BANKING sector dealing with MID MARKET / LARGE CORPORATE segment with loans ticket size over & above 20cr + .
Important Points -
1) It is an individual role
2) They will handle high value IT segment funding deals of 20Cr and above.
3) Candidates with exposure of ticket size 20Cr and above is preferred.
Note : Candidates catering to less than 20cr ticket size segment minimum, pls don- t apply!
