Chief Manager - Quality - Food

Must have worked in established set up of large FMCG companies

Domestic or MNC

- Must have worked in Snacks Manufacturing Plant Handling Quality function.

- Work experience of Potato chips line is highly preferred (1st Priority).

- Must have sound knowledge of Quality aspects of Potato chips

- Must have sound Knowledge of Continuous operation with Tools used to ensure consistent deliverable Quality

- Must have handled and Knowledge of Quality testing of all RM-PMin process and Finished Products

- Must have sound knowledge of Trouble shooting of key Quality defects

- Must be knowing Key consumer complaint, Probable RCA and CAPA

- Must have handled vendor audits.

- Must have handled various Quality certifications.

- Must be conversant with FSSAI & LM regulations

- Must have handled SAP QM module
