Evaluate existing business processes -

- To evaluate, design, execute, measure, monitor and control business processes.

- To ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with an organization's strategic goals.

- To focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovation into the process that can impact results, enhance profitability and assist the organization to meet its business objectives and goals.

- Designing and implementing schemes for various manufacturers and also designing the Incentive scheme for the internal employees for the business vertical.

- Responsible for planning all marketing activities in coordination with marketing department.

- Profitability Target Achievement in the assigned product

- Analysing the market dynamics and suggesting changes in the business policies

- Co-ordinating with the execution team for business activities

- Strategic Organisation Projects

- Support Business Head

- Support Business Head in work on Cost benefit analysis

- Support Business Head in Financial analysis & projections
