- Responsible for Pan India Mortgage business for Home Loans

- Responsible for driving new APFs and overall business penetration in those projects

- Supporting sales team in doing various events

- Regularly providing new project launch information and sales trends

- Developed an Online platform for developers to manage their retail and corporate banking requirements

- Responsible for Increase of business through promotion of product variants like Pre-Qualified Offers and Surrogate Products

- Imparting Product Training to Branch team members, Sales Managers and Call centre teams

- Creating product specific opportunities through various campaigns to generate additional business

- Focusing on branch segments like Wealth, Current Account and ETRG team to achieve Non Home Loan targets

- Regular interaction with Regional Heads to discuss & understand their needs for achieving the required business targets

- Monthly visits to regional location to ensure awareness of the various ongoing business promotion programs and drive specific product variants considering the local market.
