Designation : Chief Manager - Product management role.

Location : Mumbai.

- This role will be a part of the Health Team of mobile application division as a Chief Product Manager.

- This mobile app is available for policyholders to download on their mobile devices.

Role Description :

1. As part of the Health App team, you will need to create and deliver world-class user experience for existing and new insurance products.

2. Able to conceptualize features, redesign product offerings on their app, and own implementation and adoption working with tech, and marketing teams.

3. Should be deeply comfortable with technical discussions and always be looked up to as well-versed with technological changes.

Duties & Responsibilities :

1. Conceptualizing the product, working with technology teams to implement the product using APIs, compliance with regulations, and designing of user experience will be key components of the launch.

2. Work closely with technology teams to drive sprints and create detailed product specification documentation.

3. Work closely with marketing to co-create new insurance products/features having a keen sense of data.

4. Work with data to identify trends and improvement areas.

5. Work closely with internal technology teams to enhance the current offerings.

Required Qualification & Experience :

1. Qualified Doctor's.

2. Experience in handling Product management for a leading consumer-focused digital start-up in the Health domain.

3. 3+ years of core Product management experience.

4. Strong presentation, analytical and communication skills are essential for the role.
