Chief Manager - Process Management - Leading MNC Life Insurance

Location : Mumbai

CTC : 20 Lkhs to 25 Lkhs

Qualification : MBA

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in defining/creating and reengineering Processes background from Life Insurance background only

- To Define, Create and Review Standardization Operating Procedures basis ‘As is’ scenario; in order to have a Standard document across Operations – Zonal and Head office level.

- Identifying opportunities within the as is Process scenario to improve process efficiency

- Strengthening team building dynamics on a continuous basis in order to ensure that Team alignment to the Organizational growth Strategy exist.

- Support and collaborate to create the annual budget and resource planning for the function.

- Review and track the same to ensure that budgeted numbers are adhered to

Key Challenges for the role –

- To be able to create new processes and modify existing processes that would create operational capacity to match the accelerated organizational growth

- To create processes that are cost effective, scalable and sustainable

- To create a strong process review mechanism to ensure that creation of new processes/systems and changes in the existing processes/systems are done in a structured fashion without jeopardizing any working processes/ systems.
