Job Purpose:
- To conceptualize, drive and govern strategic initiatives for the Core Operations Department
- To design a Balanced Operations Scorecard tracking KPIs on a monthly basis & involving RCA & strategies for improving non-performing metrices
- To overlook IT enhancements, automations & MIS requirements within Core Operations
- To manage pan-operations program to reduce opex budget
- To conduct data analysis in order to provide operational insights
- To facilitate problem solving and priority closures by acting as a bridge between Sales and Operations teams
- To establish a governance structure involving 'smart reviews' between HOD and Function Heads
- To be responsible for competition benchmarking on best practices and innovations
- To convene monthly forums to update upper management on department performance and new initiatives
- To Identify, analyze, evaluate and treat (Mitigate) the business & information security risks for ensuring business continuity & also protect the information assets by adhering to the company IT Security policies
- Authorised to sign off all KPI / Scorecards of operations for visibility to management in various forums
- Authorised to obtain periodic Training on MIS and Analytics for self and Team
- Cost Project Management & Governance >= 90%
- IT & Ops project Governance (as per agreed calendar) >= 90%
- Closure of Sales Ask (as per agreed dates) >= 90%
- Project management
- Microsoft Excel (VBA is an added advantage)
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- To Ensure weekly governance and update on the project tracking and update to the CTO and Ops HOD
- Provide a monthly department performance update to the upper management
- To understand the pain areas and provide solutions
