Job Description :
Convening BCP committee.
- Collect and maintain details of Loss Events, conduct the root cause analysis and reporting on a quarterly basis
- Ensure the renewal of key Insurance policies of the Bank on due dates. Arrange for additional Insurance Policies for shifting of branches and cash in transit whenever required.
Conduct RCSA
- Maintain Incident Tracker for reporting of all incidents on a single platform and ensuring corrective action until the event is closed.
- Conduct Product & Process Evaluation Committees periodically, evaluate the risks of new products or processes and suggest risk mitigation measures required.
- Devising and reviewing various policies.
- Estimating capital charge for Operational Risk under the standardized approach
- Conducting ORMC meetings periodically
- Strategic Risk Assessment on a yearly basis
- Assess the Reputational Risk of the Bank on a Half-yearly basis.
- Knowledge of building operational risk models
- Validation of models
- Hands-on advanced approaches
Experience: 10 to 20 years
Annual CTC :Rupees 12,00,000 to 18,00,000
