Chief Manager - Operational Risk Management Department
Job Description :
- Convening BCP committee.
- Collect and maintain details of Loss Events, conduct the root cause analysis and reporting on a quarterly basis
- Ensure renewal of key Insurance policies of the Bank on due dates. Arrange for additional Insurance Policies for shifting of branches and cash in transit whenever required.
- Conduct RCSA
- Maintain Incident Tracker for reporting of all incidents on a single platform and ensuring corrective action until the event is closed.
- Conduct Product & Process Evaluation Committees periodically, evaluate the risks on new products or process and suggest risk mitigation measures required.
- Devising and reviewing various policies.
- Estimating capital charge for Operational Risk under standardized approach
- Conducting ORMC meetings periodically
- Strategic Risk Assessment on an yearly basis
- Assess the Reputational Risk of the Bank on a Half yearly basis.
- Knowledge of building operational risk models
- Validation of models
- Hands on advanced approaches
Qualification :
B.A (Any Specialization), BCA (Any Specialization), B.B.A/ B.M.S (Any Specialization), B.Com (Any Specialization), B.Sc (Any Specialization), B.Tech/B.E. (Any Specialization), BFA (Any Specialization)
PG Qualification :
CA (Any Specialization, CA), ICWA (CMA) (Any Specialization, ICWA (CMA)), M.Tech (Any Specialization, Computers), MBA/PGDM (Any Specialization, Finance)
