Job Description

Position : Chief Manager – Online Sales

Location : Gurgaon

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set up and management of Online Sales channel Max Life Insurance

- Drive development and implementation of online business strategy and related processes

- Own channel’s financial targets and ensure achievement of planned revenue and customer acquisitions

- Work closely with Product Management team to identify opportunities for new product redevelopment & competition activity,

- Drive development of positioning & communication for online sales with brand marketing team

- Work closely with Operations (New Business, UW, POS & others to create & establish relevant processes for prospect funnel management, online policy issuance & other aspects of customer management

- Drive digital marketing strategy for online sales channel with web marketing team and create synergies with other online marketing initiatives of the company

- Managing and develop web aggregator partnerships to drive indirect business

- Collaborate with IT to develop ecommerce platform, experience enhancers and online application enhancements

- Identify & develop opportunities to seed online products in traditional distribution channels like Agency, Axis Bank & others

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Create & ensure Analyze KPIs, customer trends, process and platform gaps and ensuring required process improvements

- Compliance with Regulatory and Legal guidelines

- Budget management

- Performance measures:

- Channel launch as per project plan

- Business plan achievement

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & ELIGIBILITY:

- Post Graduation

- 8-11 years of work experience
