Job Description :
- Understand the business problem, learner profile and develop Product Learning and Development strategy for the organization in line with business needs. Work along with the business team to understand and take forward the solution approach and implement Product Learning and Development strategy
- Responsible for designing, developing and delivering training and development initiatives, in relation to; product features, customer service, core skills, etc.Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to create training curriculum/course content (including audio transcript, interim quizzes and interactions, assessments, supporting material).
- Help business team plan their learning plan/schedules etc. Lead the evaluation phase; assessing the learner profile & defining the evaluation methodology
Specific Industry : Internet / eCommerce / Banking / Insurance / Any other Service Industry

- Self-Initiator
- Ability to adapt and work effectively amidst new situations
- Ability to understand and perceive needs of the employees
