1) To grow market share and expand market by translating consumer insights got through research into meaningful marketing strategies and into communication, both mass media and below the line, that is easy to understand, differentiated and in line with brand value

2) Execute various projects for group level integration of messaging

3) Research of new product ideas and services and customer perceptions, translating consumer insights into meaningful marketing strategies and communications

4) Brief the creative agencies on marketing and communication strategies developed through research
