Responsibilities :

- To provide legal support to Financial Market Group (FMG) in the Bank.

- Establish ISDA/GMRA and other master agreements with counterparties of the Bank to facilitate the foreign exchange and derivative activities of the Bank.

- To review and approve legal documents (including bank product and customer documentation) and to identify, advise on and manage legal risks associated with the operation of FMG.

- Extensive financial & technical knowledge of banking and commercial law

- Knowledge on all related laws and regulations in India especially laws governing FMG products and derivatives RBI, SEBI, FEDAI, FIMDA, NSE, BSE, NSDL, CDSL, etc
