Chief Manager - Legal - LLB/LLM - Education Services

At this point of time we have been given a Mandate from our client for hiring an - Legal - Chief Manager- for their organization. Our client is a multi media conglomerate that is focused on providing solutions for consumers across the nation. Their ultimate goal is to create a better tomorrow for Indian youth.

This is a permanent position based in Mumbai and needs to be closed immediately.

To qualify for this position you should :

- Be LLB / LLM

- Have 8 to 20 years of total experience.

- Have strong relevant experience in Non litigation with some exposure in Litigation as well.

- Have experience in IPR, M&A, drafting, vetting, commercial and 3rd party contracts, etc.

- Have experience in interaction with police officials, government authorities, etc (Preferred).

- Have experience in identification of the compliance requirements under the various applicable laws.

- Have experience in providing regular updates to the Company.

- Should have good communication and presentation skills.

- Be currently from Mumbai or nearby areas.
