Job Description: Process Assurance and Risk Management :-
1. Conduct process & compliance audits to identify gaps in processes across departments and implement requisite control measures to plug the gaps.
2. Experience in assessing and presenting risk based reviews.
3. Lead the execution of risk and control testing program of processes across departments.
4. Perform Process walk throughs to analyse and evaluate the design effectiveness of controls identified through RCSA process including the fraud risk analysis.
5. Preparation and presentations of Risk and Audit issues for the Risk Management Committee.
6. Detailed reviews of all policies (including Information Technology processes / Policies) and provide inputs for improvement.
7. Audits & reviews through the system to ensure adequate controls are in place.
8. Follow up for compliance/action taken on audit observations with audited offices.
9. Do a vulnerability analysis on systems and processes and present the risk to senior management.
10. Oversee Infosec areas from an Business Information Security point of view.
11. Responsible for implementation, maintenance and improvement of information security procedures within the business.
12. Creating Risk culture in the organization through Operational Loss reporting, Analysis of Key Risk Indicators and creation of Risk Control Matrices.
