- BE Computer Science/ MCA with 10+ years of experience in digitization (Healthcare & Social Services).

- Analyze the hardware & software requirements of all departments.

- Identify hardware & software support outsourcing partners, evaluate proposals, finalize contract, and implement remote IT support services for the entire organization.

- Develop and manage data privacy policies, standards, and guidelines for the organization.

- Monitor changes to the privacy landscape and ensure compliance to privacy obligations.

- Implement information security practices & breach management process.

- Collaborates with IT Partners, vendors and ecosystem technology organizations.

- Experience in implementing new programs and managing large-scale technology transformation initiatives.

- Experience providing IT solutions - PMP, ITIL, SCRUM certification desirable.
