Chief Manager - Human Resource Projects


Location: Chennai.


Industry: BFSI/Consulting.


Responsibilities:

- HR Technology Strategy, Implementation & Management.

- HR Transformational Projects.

- Vendor Management & Compliance.

- Governance & Risk Management.

Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.

- Certification in HR technology platforms, Project Management is an advantage.

- 12+ years of experience in HR technology, preferably in BFSI/NBFC.

- Proven track record in implementing and managing HR systems at scale.

- Proven expertise in implementing projects within the Build-Transfer or similar models.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR technology strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives.


- Oversee the implementation and ongoing management of HR technology solutions, including HRIS, HCM, and other relevant systems.


- Lead and manage large-scale HR transformation projects, leveraging technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.


- Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards.


- Establish and maintain robust governance and risk management frameworks for HR technology, mitigating risks and ensuring data security.


Qualifications and Experience:


- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources


- Certification in HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud) and Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.


- 12+ years of experience in HR technology, preferably in the BFSI/NBFC industry.


- Proven track record in implementing and managing HR systems at scale.


- Expertise in implementing projects within the Build-Transfer or similar models.


- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
