- Handling The Business HR, talent acquisition for the division.
- Manage end-to-end HR deliverables.
- Handling the Talent Management systems, HR IT systems.
- Support Talent acquisition with focus on hiring the right talent for the business
- Partner with Business to drive Performance Excellence Culture and implementation of Performance Management Systems
- Support business in Talent Development initiatives and drive Talent Management System
- Support business in Career Development
- Ensure proper implementation of HR systems and processes as well documentation
- Talent Management, Business Partnering role.
- Ability to communicate with field and leadership team
- Analytical and Presentation skills.
- Sound Functional knowledge of HR process..
- Support in Employee Relations matters both in terms of documentation and building harmonious Employee Relations
- Ability to influence stakeholders
