Mandatory skills:
- Current or latest experience of HRBP in Renowned & reputed auto ancillary company
- Must be currently handling approx. 300-400 cr business
- Must be handling both Plants & corporate Pan India in same company either for one of the division or all divisions. (Only Plant or Only Corporate will not work)
- He will be responsible to handle team under him
Job Description:
Strategy Management:
- Business Strategy development and implementation Contribute to the strategy implementation of business
Change Management:
- Be proactive in bring about change
- Act as internal consultant and change agent to ensure cultural and organizational initiatives are understood and accepted by employees.
Organization Structure:
- Play an essential role in optimal structuring of the BU and its sub-functions considering HRO guidelines, BU strategy, organizational development and business processes.
Performance Management:
- Manage, implement and execute the Appraisal Management System and process for the BU within defined timelines to enhance employee experience focusing career development.
Talent Acquisition , Management & Development:
- Build a structure to derive development needs based on roles and competencies
- Deliver necessary training (seminar, conference, mentoring, coaching etc.,) intervention along with CoCs
- Responsibility for behavioural, leadership development, language trainings in the BU.
- Enable job rotation, internal sourcing and succession plan.
Engagement:
- Ensure high level of employee engagement and commitment through surveys, skip level meetings, welfare programs, assistance/counselling programs, grievance handling etc.
- Build inclusive working environment and strong employee retention programs by understanding managers and employees needs and challenges.
Disciplinary Issues:
- Keep a tab on issues related to compliance, performance, behaviour of the employees and provide support to HODs and Managers.
Policy Implementation:
- Devise and rollout HR policies and program in close cooperation with CoCs, BU and other HRBP.
Communication:
- Participate in the Departmental Strategy, Team Communication, Town Hall meetings.
- Keep an active interface with HOD, Managers and Employees with regular communication.
