Chief Manager/Head - Information Technology - Manufacturing Domain

Designation: Chief Manager- IT

Experience-8 to 13 years.

Qualification- B.E/ B.Tech/ M.Tech/ MCA with excellent academic record and should have relevant IT industry exposure.

Exposure to manufacturing domain development is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Other Abilities:

- Good understanding of software technologies.

- Good understanding of object-oriented approach.

- Strong analytical and logical skills to address work-related problems.

- Ability to solve problems quickly and completely.

- Good understanding of networking/ distributed computing environment concepts.

- Ability to prepare reports and examine setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.

- Good knowledge of any database vendor versions.

- Good knowledge of standard development tools.

- Proficiency to use standard computing tools: word processor, spreadsheet, browser, email, and file compression software.

- Utilizes each team member to his/ her fullest potential.

- Self-motivated, team player, and result oriented

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- Inspires coworkers to attain goals and pursue excellence

- Should take ownership of the assignments delegated

- Ability to simultaneously work with multiple stakeholders across the organization

Requirements:

- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience

- Should have a good understanding of IT systems and business functions

- Should have handled projects in the areas of mobility, web applications, etc.

- Deep Understanding and Hands-on experience of Microsoft Web Development Techniques

- Proficiency in writing SQL Queries and Procedures

- Should have independently handled development projects for end-to-end execution of IT deliverable

- Good communication and networking skills

- Ability to manage developers
