Chief Manager/Head - HR - Mfg/Plant

We Have an openings for CHIEF MANAGER / Head – HR with one of our Fortune 500 diversified manufacturing Client @ Hyderabad Plant location.

Job Profile:

Business Group/Department: HR

Location: Hyderabad (Near Plant)

Reports to : HR HEAD, India, Middle East & Africa

Age Limit : 30 - 40 Years

Major Areas of Responsibility:

- Plan, organize, direct and coordinate Human Resource Management activities of the Company and manufacturing locations.

- Lead and direct the HR team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business

- Aligning the people processes with business processes

- Employee relations, Recruitment and Retention, Learning and Development

- Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.

- Analyse and modify compensation and benefits policies

- Manpower planning and Recruitment, Productivity, Performance Management and HRIS

- Hands on experience on labour laws and compliance

- Negotiate bargaining agreements and help HR team

- Represent organization at personnel related hearings and investigations

- Prepare and follow budgets for HR operations

- Develop and administer employee related program

Qualifications/ Experience:

- Qualification required to perform are Graduation with MBA / PGD full time.

Degree in Law would be a preferred additional qualification.

Desired profile of the candidate:

- 12 – 15 years of experience

- Excellent knowledge on Strategic HR, HR-Business partnering, Talent Management, General HR, Statutory and Labour Laws

- Good Analytical skills and Proficiency of MS Office

- Superb communication skills honed in business partnering/advisory roles

- Ability to build rapport quickly with Business managers and team members

- Strong understanding of employment law

- Problem solving ability, ability to work independently

- Willing to travel across cities.
