ETC Acquiring and Smart City Business Development

Grade : Chief Manager

Responsibilities :

Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) Acquiring :

- Managing the ETC acquiring team and ensuring achievement of Business goals

- Relationship management with National Highway Authority of India (NHAI), Ministry of Road Transport & Highways,

Project Owners (Road builders) :

- Business Development and deal structuring with Project owners/ State Highways authorities, on-boarding them on the ETC program of the Bank

- Ensure smooth functioning of ETC at the plazas in the region and coordinating with project owners for resolution of issue

- Responsible for set-up and monitoring the performance of Point of Sales (PoS) outlets at plazas for issuance and recharge of ETC tags

- Responsible for achievement of tag issuance targets for Point of Sales (PoS)

- To increase penetration of ETC program by developing and creating an agent network

Smart City/Transit programs :

- Pitching payment solutions to the municipal corporations and public transit operators for their smart city/ automatic fare collection projects

- Structuring the commercial deal with the entities

- Coordinating with the product team for finalizing the bid as per the requirements of the project

- Coordination with the service providers for implementation of the projects

- Managing relationship with the government officials and internal regional teams of the Bank (Government Banking Group etc.)
