Chief Manager - Dispute Management
Key Responsibilities
1) Responsible for managing day to day dispute management and clearing system.
2) Responsible for performing day to day reconciliation of various systems.
3) Responsible for testing and certifying various products in the dispute management and clearing systems.
4) Managing production & settlement support activities 24/7.
5) Finalizing the technical specification for new products.
6) Evaluation of production performance.
7) Analysis of daily exceptional report & reporting exceptional activities.
Essential Knowledge:
1) Good Knowledge of Dispute and Chargeback process
2) Good Knowledge of reconciliation and operations process
3) Prior experience in the similar area would be preferred
4) Good knowledge of testing clearing/settlement systems.
5) Familiar with regulatory rules and regulations pertaining to Clearing/settlement in India.
6) Good knowledge on best practices followed during systems testing and maintenance.
7) Working Knowledge on technologies like ASP.NET, Java Script, AJEX for minimum 5 years
8) Working Knowledge on RDBMS preferably SQL for minimum 5 years
9) Working Knowledge on SQL Reporting Service, Crystal Reports for minimum 3 years

1) Excellent oral and written communication, application testing skills are critical
2) Ability to interact and coordinate effectively with internal and external business partners.
3) Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team environment
4) Right attitude, ability to work as part of the team
