Chief Manager - Digitalization
Context & Role:
Work very closely with all the partners and integration of POS products with all existing and new partners, run data analytics to track POS performance; Coordination among the partners for end to end digital integration. Conduct strategic and operations planning; perform adhoc analyses for management; research new processes to improve operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:- Conceptualizing, designing & implementing digital initiatives for the vertical with channel partner.
- Engagement with the POS of all the partners
- Launch of various products for the partners
- Coordination with the Training Department to work out on the various training modules
- Coordination with the IT department to launch and run digital campaign for the vertical
- Launching Marketing Initiatives and Engagement roadmap for the POS vertical
- Relationship management with the channel partner
- Driving the business numbers through POS vertical
Knowledge and skills desired :- Understands the needs of the Business & Customer, serves as liaison to ensure good strategic alignment of systems and strategies
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, complex matrix, changing environment
- Ability to access information technology applications to improve current business environment
- Ability to access, assess, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from sales and customer data
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office applications, database information
Required qualifications and experience :- Bachelor's Degree/ MBA from a Reputed University
- Experience in managing data and a strong understanding of Sales Processes
- Preferable Experience: 8-15 years in insurance sector
