Position Grade Chief manager - Product portfolio management

Job Role:Portfolio management for digital saving account customers acquired from Mobile/ Web based platforms

- Will be responsible for portfolio management and overall topline from these accounts

- Work closely with CVM and marketing teams for designing and running innovative digital campaigns for these customers.

- Campaign management for activation, balance deepening and retention

- Work towards increasing activation % and usage of key features from these customers.

Desired Profile :

- Should have 5-6years- experience in a similar role

- Must have past extensive experience in working on customer facing campaigns and customer portfolio management.

- Familiarity with digital as a platform preferred.

- Should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Should possess strong interpersonal and project management skills

- Should be quick learner to assimilate to technology changes as they occur.
