A life insurance firm is looking for CM/DCM for Marketing, branding, event activation.
Location: Mumbai
Objective of the Role :
To help organisation achieves its brand & business objective by providing marketing and communication solutions to channel.
Key responsibilities:
- Distribution acquisition and engagement
- Provide go to market strategy & solution for distribution acquisition
- Build compelling positioning for CHANNEL for various distribution segments like Life Advisors, Agency partners, DPO, POS etc
- Develop Segmented marketing solutions for recruitment of LA from various professions like doctors, CAs, bankers, etc
- Create recruitment tools like business opportunity & career opportunity pitch, collaterals, tools, AVs etc
- Provide distributors lead generation tools, activation and communication solution
- Identify best practices and popularise it across the channel through FHIs
- Build programs and kit to drive long term partnership and positive image of LAs
- Support distribution to drive sales and customer acquisition
- Product launch across the CHANNEL through Road shows, Town halls etc
- Sales wave to drive business during key seasons and product launches
- Provide sales enabling tools to LAs to sell, cross sell and build relations
- Provide customer lead generation tools, activation and communication solutions
- Leverage digital to help them build business
- Leverage regional opportunities by working closely ZVPs with Regions
- Branch launch and Branch Branding
- Create impact and consistent new branch and partner office launch across the CHANNEL network
- Ensure consistent communication across all the branches as well channel partner offices like DPO, POS etc as per the brand guidelines
Business and competitive intelligence-
- Keep a track of business movement and impact created by marketing interventions
- Ensure continuous flow of information on Competitive Activities
Budget and spends-
- To be overall custodian of CHANNEL marketing Budgets and Spends as per plan and provide continuous updates
Work Experience:
Experience: 7-10 years
Specialisation: marketing communication, brand management, Event & activation
Necessary (Positive):
- Ability to write Communication brief to creative agency
- Analytical and communication skills and good at making presentations
- Ability to handle work through agencies and vendors
- Worked in Life insurance company with Agency dominance.
Educational Qualifications:
- Above 60% or distinction holders in school and graduation
MBA(must)- Marketing
Business School - B, B+, A grade B-school.
