Chief Manager - Corporate Legal - BFSI/NBFC/Broking Firm

- Drafting, Reviewing and Negotiating various types of contracts for all Companies including critical technology and software contracts

- Advising and assisting all internal stakeholders in contract negotiations

- Advising on the structuring of the transaction

- Drafting, vetting and negotiating transaction documents, schemes

- Due diligence and verification of DD reports

- Flagging off high end issues in the transactions

- Assessing and evaluating legal risk including review and adequacy of various company policies

- Monitor legal compliances of the Company, draft legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights

- Assist in research and internal opinions to be provided to various internal stakeholders on various legal issues

- Supervising, strengthening and defending intellectual property portfolio of the Company

- Handling all Trademark renewals, fresh registrations, oppositions, etc. and filing of applications for Patents

- Copyright Audit for all group companies

- Research and filing of Patent Applications, where applicable

- Assist in research and drafting of opinions, contracts for CSR initiatives of the Group,

- Being abreast with the latest developments in the legal field and preparing PPTs/ holding internal sessions on latest developments in the legal industry/. and critical topics
