Chief Manager - Corporate IR/ER - Manufacturing Industry

Job Brief :

We are currently hiring an Industrial Relations Manager to join our Human Resources team and be responsible for facilitating relationships with employees and unions with the aim of building a positive and engaged work environment.

Main Responsibilities of Industrial Relations Manager

Your main responsibilities will include : -

- Managing relationships with unions & ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.

- Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.

- Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.

- Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.

- Managing Statutory Compliance .

- Reporting to GM IR

Candidate Requirement :

MBA HR / MILS Preferred

Strong IR Process knowledge in statutory compliance / multi union handling / contractual labor.

Able to manage 6 plants and plant HR Team
