Purpose of the Job:
Leading and end to end management of early talent programs at PAN India level across businesses. This includes Management trainee program, Graduate engineering trainees, CA trainees etc.
Duties & Responsibilities: -
- Develop and execute the campus strategy in collaboration with business and HR leadership
- Work on strengthening our 'employee value proposition' at campus and making our organisation as a career of choice at identified campuses -
- Develop and execute appropriate assessment practices to select the best candidates for the campus program
- Create opportunities to integrate technology in recruitment and connect E.g. digital interviews, AI/VR, assessment platforms
- Training and identification of assessors from both Business and HR
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of recruiting/marketing/assessment efforts
- Develop and manage relationship with business sponsors to ensure campus strategy is embedded
- Onboarding and Induction design and ensuring excellent onboarding experience for young talent
- Engagement, connect with the group from time to time and drive specific interventions
- Growth path and talent discussions within the group to ensure high engagement with the org
- Analyse attrition challenges and drive interventions to reduce attrition within the pool
- End to end management of Internship programs
