About this role:
- This role presents an opportunity to be part of Business Strategy team. The Strategy function manages the strategic planning process for the organization and owns a portfolio of strategic initiatives aimed at creating value for the organization through incremental revenue or cost optimization.
- You will be responsible for anchoring the business strategy for proprietary channels, which are distribution channels owned and operated by the organization, and are of high strategic relevance
- You will lead transformation initiatives for this channel where you would be expected to be catalyst for ideation, blue-print the operating model, syndicate the business case and program manage the execution.
- You will be expected to own the incubation of new distribution channels and sustain and scale-up nascent channels launched recently and drive organization and stakeholder alignment to the plan
- You will also contribute towards building holistic environment assessment of customers, competition and regulatory environment

We are looking to meet profiles with the following education & experience:
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute - ISB, IIMs, FMS, NITIE, XLRI
- 2-3 years of experience in top tier Management Consulting / Advisory firms - Mckinsey, BCG, AT Kearney, Deloitte, Accenture, Ernst & Young, KPMG
- Or 2-3 years of experience in a Business or Corporate Strategy role preferably in Financial Services domain
