Qualification - CA/MBA, CAIIB with CDCS qualification (preferable)
Experience - 10-12 years in Banking with hands on experience in trade services for more than 8 – 10 years
OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT:
- Supervise, Monitor, Control and Co-ordinate all Trade & corp. banking operations activities at the RPC servicing about 25 branches over a period of time.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines and policies
- Ensuring that the customer deliverables are delivered in accordance with the SLA agreed with the business groups
- Should be up date on the guidelines and also ensure that the staff handling the transactions are up to date by nominating them for suitable trainings
- Should be able to set high levels of standard in operations, achieve the same and set future goals to improvise them YOY.
- Should work as a “Business partner” with the business group by giving “solutions” to the issues arising in day to day operations
- Should have an eye on the cost and should take such measures to keep the cost / transaction within acceptable levels
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CO-ORDINATION:
- Monitor turn around times, operational efficiency levels of team members.
- Minimize error rates.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries.
- Ensure effective and efficient co-ordination with CPC.
- Support Business Lines to address client needs and advise on technical issues.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- A good leader and be able to attract, build & retain good talent
- A good motivator who leads by setting example
Competencies Required:
- Effective communication
- Completely up date on regulations (FEMA, UCP, URC, EXIM policy etc)
- Internal accounting systems
- Preference to candidates who have worked in FCC system
- Credit knowledge
