Chief Manager/AVP - Project Manager BSG Wholesale Banking

Prior exp in Business solution group of corporate banking will be preferredThe BSG team designs and develops innovative business solutions to meet the business requirements. They partner with Fintechs and other IT firms to leverage innovative solutions for the business. They are responsible for end-to-end Program Management of all initiatives in Wholesale Business.

What are the areas (in quantitative terms) the job has an impact on ?
A Project Manager drives projects in automation with Agile methodology. He manages requirement analysis (including coordinating with business & as well as Vendor), overall solutioning approach, Gap Analysis, and BRS/FRS preparation. He tracks the development and defines the testing strategy. He is involved in troubleshooting & debugging of the process, post-implementation application maintenance and enhancement support for the applications. The role also requires a regular update to top management on various projects.

- Finalization of Requirement gathering documents (BRD)
- Timely Delivery of product/ software/ application
- Managing Cost Budget
- Project Documentation & Project Management
- Day to day management with various internal stakeholders

Qualification and Experience :
- Graduate in Technology/ MBA
- 6- 12 Years of exp in managing projects related to internal reporting systems for corporate banking ( eg. portals for RM performance, Budgets, Customer performance etc).
- Experience related to RM dashboards, business reporting and Data warehouse related operations.
- Knowledge related to key core systems like Finacle, TI+ etc is desirable
- Prior experience with BSG or BIU (Business Intelligence Unit) of Banks is preferable
- Prior project management experience including vendor as well as internal stakeholder management and reporting to top management.
Job Skills :

- Have Domain-Specific Product Knowledge
- Prior experience in the bank BSG department is preferable.
