Job Description:

- In depth Product Knowledge for Debit Card / Prepaid Cards (INR & Forex)

- Experience of Development of new Products

- Business Acumen and marketing skills for presenting and selling Debit card Products

- Passion to deliver the Product with the Best in the market features

- Project & Portfolio management capabilities

- Experience in managing & leading teams for running process operations, products & experience of developing processes, service standards for business excellence.

- Meeting business targets in terms of spends, activation, income, etc..

Job Requirements:

- Good written & oral communication skills

- Detailed knowledge of MS Xls , word, power point, access etc.

- Basic banking knowledge

- Data analytical skills

- Minimum experience of 8 to 10 years in the relevant work area mentioned above.

Must Have:

1. Candidate must possess an experience in new product development for debit cards

2. Should possess good marketing skills and flair for sales.

3. Should be a good team leader.
