Job Description :
- Deep understanding of theories of learning and their application in the design of learning interventions
- Deep understanding of instructional design. The applicant should have hands-on experience of designing and facilitating technical and behavioral training programs
- The applicant should be well versed with learning delivery through use of technology (including games and simulations)
- Identifying L&D needs in the Organization (functional as well as behavioral)
- Designing exclusive modules to deliver specific learning needs
- Experience in managing learning partners and ensuring delivery in timely manner (project management)
- Applicant should have experience in creating learning designs for sales / relationship roles
- Scaling up of the learning & development function - every employee should be touched by one of the training channels every year
