Chief Manager/AVP - Land Acquisition - Investment Banking Firm

Role Overview:

- We are seeking experienced professionals for the role of Business Development/Transaction Management - Land Advisory in the MMR region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transaction Structures: Work across various land monetization structures including Sale, JD, DM, Redevelopment, SRA, etc.

- Mandates: Secure land disposition mandates and manage them effectively.

- Redevelopment: Identify, prospect, negotiate, and close societies for redevelopment projects.

- Feasibility Study: Conduct financial feasibility studies for projects.

- Broker Network: Develop and maintain a strong network of brokers.

- Database Management: Generate and manage a comprehensive land database.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Qualifications: MBA, preferably with a focus in Real Estate Management.

- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in real estate

- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of land stock in MMR and key micro-markets.

- Relationships: Established relationships with top sellers and buyers.

- Skills: Excellent negotiation skills, tenant management, and an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end land transaction process.

- Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in land acquisition, redevelopment, and networking.
