Key Responsibilities:
HRBP Role:
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, understanding their needs and providing HR guidance to support business goals.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations as necessary.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Support and manage talent acquisition processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
- Drive performance management processes, including appraisals, coaching, and feedback.
Learning & Development Role:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy to address the development needs of employees at all levels.
- Design, deliver, and manage training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making adjustments as needed.
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with line managers.
