Chief Manager/AVP - Health Management - Corporate Wellness Program

Responsible for organizing and monitoring the administrative, operational and technical aspects and smooth functioning of the corporate wellness programs

- To coordinate with wellness service providers for organizing corporate wellness programs

- Ability to conceptualize new programs and execute

- Ability to sell wellness programs at cost with coordination from sales team

- To coordinate with the corporate for organizaing the Wellness Events and sending feedback of the same to the Corporate

- Ensure the optimum capacity utilization and quality service delivery to provide client delight.

- Execution of wellness for retail customers

- Create and manage health content

- Manage IHP

- Vendor management.
