Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Align with Bank's Centre heads to plan for Annual and monthly numbers
- Manage the team of Authorized Verifiers to achieve targeted sales numbers
- Drive contests and campaigns
- Ensure IRDAI compliance at all times
Key Requirements - Education & Certificates
- Post-graduate
- Excellent verbal and written English Communication Skills (proficient)
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Key Requirements - Experience & Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in the Indian BFSI in a similar role
- Proven track record of managing Outbound telesales centers
- Personnel from Banking Background preferred
- Excellent knowledge of competition and industry
- Excellent project management skills
