- The Position will be responsible for enabling controls and compliance in the overall distribution channel. The role would drive the sales process reviews and mitigation plan for gaps identified in sales process reviews.

- This role provides assurance to Distribution Heads on Distribution risk, controls & compliance. It requires working with & through channel partners, organization wide cross functional teams & working directly with distribution leaders in the field.

Key Responsibilities : 

Review sales processes against the defined SOP, understand gaps and set up a gap closure plan with stakeholders; review and verify gaps are closed as agreed; direct, guide and advise field sales leaders in adhering to policies and processes in order to ensure effective execution of processes in the field

- Create Annual Review Plan, scope of review post discussion & agreement with stakeholders. Prepare and Publish Review Reports to the channel heads and other stakeholders in a timely manner.

- Craft the agenda for presentation in risk forums like ORG & MRC basis identified gaps from various process audits

- Continuous sales monitoring through analytics and sample testing

- Analyze business performance in alliance with the process and devise Control Self-Assessment mechanism to enhance process performance

- On-going support in training & awareness of Sellers in the field on Sales Process and Code of Conduct. Conduct Office, Region/Zone/ relationship level workshops to drive market conduct in the field.

- Facilitate investigations in the highlighted cases of fraud& various other kinds of sales malpractices.

- Manage the vendor relationship. Continuously review: TAT, Accuracy & Productivity of auditors/vendors reviewing the sales processes in the field

Minimum Qualification :

MBA preferably / Post Graduate in any stream from recognized institute of UGC.

Minimum & Specific Experience :

Minimum three years in Audit / Risk Management/ Compliance / Process Quality in financial sector.

- Understanding of end-to-end sales processes

- Ability to influence Functional/ Department heads and take decisions
