Job Roles & Responsibilities:

A. Fundraising & Liability Management:

- Drafting request letters, presentations, and financial projections as per the requirements of banks and financial institutions.

- Engaging with banks and financial institutions for regular follow-ups, addressing queries, and submitting proposals.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with operational teams at banks and financial institutions.

- Coordinating with lenders' appointed agencies and internal teams for stock and receivables audits.

- Assisting with various activities related to the Treasury and Finance Department.

B. MIS & Reporting:

- Compiling and presenting weekly and monthly Treasury MIS reports for senior management.

- Preparing cash flow statements and presentations for ALCO meetings.

- Ensuring covenant compliance and sharing necessary information with lenders before due dates.

- Coordinating and submitting data for credit rating assessments, including new mandates and annual reviews.

- Adhering to statutory and regulatory guidelines.

Qualification Required:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

- Proven experience in handling both public and private sector banks/financial institutions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.

- Strong analytical mindset with critical thinking abilities.

- Skilled in analytical and conceptual problem-solving.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team-oriented approach.

- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
