Looking for a suitable candidate for CLO role, responsible to manage training for a B2C organisation with a large front end sales employees. who would design, implement training programs viz., soft skills training and Leadership development programs for the employees in the Organisation.
- The Chief Learning Officer (CLO) serves as a member of senior management and plans, directs, and evaluates the strategic initiatives in professional development and life- long learning programs.
- The CLO is responsible for the identification, development, and implementation of scientific methods, instructional strategies, and learning technologies in the design, implementation, and evaluation of professional development activities.
- The CLO will work closely with leading industry experts and L&D gurus in defining the scope of the LA. He will devise a strong mechanism to understand the pressing needs of the industry for trained and skilled talent.
- The CLO will chart out a detailed road map to establish the operations of the LA. He will draw-in top industry-wide experience in building a world-class academy that will produce job-specific skilled talent, employable in either of their businesses or in the industry.
- The CLO will particularly lead the discussions with the corporates in understanding and defining the scope of every structured training program.
Experience :
- 20 - 25 years of hardcore learning, training and skill development experience in corporates or institutions.
Expertise : learning & development, devising structured programs for skill development, training need identification, competency development, communication and people management.
