Chief Lead (COO) - Logistics & Operations

- Lead Operations and strategic direction with full responsibility for bottom line factors, including long-range planning, product management and process development.

- Provide cross functional management, and overseas of large team.

- Redefine organizational structure, oversee major pricing decisions and perform monthly evaluation of business results.

- Increase overall sales and achieve Revenue and cost budgets.

- Deliver business EBITDA and PBT

- Managing facilities/ fleet's and people to deliver services to retail points.

- Setup and forge key relationship through channel partners and customer relationship management team for acquisition of business to grab larger share of wallet and achieve allocation of profitable business.

- Work on innovation and development of new customized solution and products for business development.

- Strategically plan overall operations, logistics, infrastructure, manpower, vendor network, security, risk and core business solution development with process enhancement, process automation and service level improvements to build capacity and capability for doubling the top line.

- Plan and execute key strategic decisions on CAPEX investments and business drivers.

- Work on unlocking of value and also acquisition plans for business.

- Setup and engineer the entire logistics and reverse logistics structure to ensure optimum productivity and service levels.

Qualification, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. MBA with a minimum of 18 to 25 years of full-time experience leading a diverse group of support functions for a large organization preferably from Logistics/ Service/ FMCG/Telecom/ Retail Industry.

2. Previous experience of leading a BU preferred.

Competencies :

1. Must have strong business knowledge and experience with the ability to provide reports and analysis of financial position and forecasts, develop and implement strategic plans within context of the larger picture.

2. Knowledge of principles and practices of modern management and administration; governmental policy, financial analysis; project management; and personnel management.

3. Must be able to develop business processes and management of projects and drive improvements in the current systems and practices

4. Skill in planning, organizing, directing and coordinating a wide variety of activities

5. Developing implementing and communicating policies and procedures for a large organization

6. Implementing fiscal management policies; analyzing data, making sound recommendations and adopting effective causes of action

7. Working persuasively and tactfully with supervisors and line staff; supervision of specialized professional staff; communicating effectively both in oral and written form.
