1. CHIEF INVESTMENTS OFFICER
A. Key Job Responsibilities
(1) Conceptualization, design, plan and implement the Group’s development projects.
(2) Preparation of bankable project reports with modern concepts and presentation of such to various Government Authorities for obtaining concessions, entitlements, approvals, etc.
(3) Preparation of high quality Information Memorandum or Offer Documents for strategic sale or invite investors for the Group’s real estate projects.
(4) Preparation of technical documents, assist in drafting concession agreements, contract for vendors and service providers, etc.
(5) Responsible for the on-time and on-budget completion of the real estate development projects.
(6) Before construction begins he is responsible for project due diligence, securing the correct permits entitlements, material procurement, and creating a working schedule and budget.
(7) Responsible for scheduling contractors, processing change and managing progress payments i.e. he is responsible for end-to-end project completion.
(8) Submission of Management Reports with updates on the progress and costs of the project.
(9) Maintenance of completed projects.
(10) Marketing commercial space for lease and/or sale.
(11) Responsible for handling all property matters such as land registration, securing title deed, etc.,
(12) Responsible for raising debt for the Project.
(13) Responsible for planning exit strategy either through divestment, listing on stock exchange
(14) Responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions.
B. Education and Experience
- Civil Engineering plus MBA with at least 20+ years of post qualification experience particularly in large real estate development projects in Dubai or other Middle East countries.
- 10+ years in similar management position.
