Key Job Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization, design, plan and implement the Group’s development projects and project financing
- Preparation of bankable project reports with modern concepts and presentation of such to various Government Authorities for obtaining concessions, entitlements, approvals, etc.
- Preparation of high quality Information Memorandum or Offer Documents for strategic sale or invite investors for the Group’s real estate projects.
- Preparation of technical documents, assist in drafting concession agreements, contract for vendors and service providers, etc.
- Responsible for the on-time and on-budget completion of the real estate development projects.
- Before construction begins he is responsible for project due diligence, securing the correct permits entitlements, material procurement, and creating a working schedule and budget.
- Responsible for scheduling contractors, processing change and managing progress payments i.e. he is responsible for end-to-end project completion.
- Submission of Management Reports with updates on the progress and costs of the project.
- Maintenance of completed projects.
- Marketing commercial space for lease and/or sale.
- Responsible for handling all property matters such as land registration, securing title deed, etc.,
- Responsible for raising debt for the Project.
- Responsible for planning exit strategy either through divestment, listing on stock exchange
- Responsible for Mergers & Acquisitions.
