Job Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities - Chief Technology Officer/CISO :

- Having clear ability to deliver high-quality, cost-effective IT solutions that serve the strategic and business needs of the organization

- Build to the perception that IT is managed well and is delivering value to all stakeholders including external ones like regulators, actual end customers, investors etc.

- Ensuring effective usage of technology and systems, with appropriate security and periodical review

- Driving and monitoring implementation of IT / initiatives as required by all business groups / units / Regulators as well as digital, technology and up gradation plans

- Co-ordination with various technology vendors for delivery of new product, software maintenance support, Implementation of new version of software and other technology Implementation

- Coordination with Board / Committees for necessary direction and approvals, preparation and presentation of relevant agenda

- Must be a team player who can build team and manage it, good leader, excellent communicator, innovator and the partner in building an organization that enables technology to support and enhances the company's business

- Lead and provide strategic direction, future road map, IT Governance and carry along all stakeholders for the entire IT Operations

- IT Governance, Information Systems and Audit

- Delivery Management (includes Rolling out products after stabilization then support for end to end complex deals)

- Staying a continuous learner has helped to reap benefits of Technological and Digital advancements which helps to enhance the business outcomes

- Creating and implementing a strategy for the deployment of information security technologies and solutions to minimize the risk of cyber-attacks

- Monitoring the daily operation and implementation of the IT security strategy

- Competencies requirement

- Understanding of exchange traded products and clearing and moderate understanding of capital market products and intermediaries

- Ability to handle operations without frequent guidance and follow ups in a timely manner by avoiding errors

- Willingness to share work- and work-related knowledge with other team members to improve overall team efficiency

- Willingness to put in extra effort whenever needed. Multitasking across mandates and roles
