Chief Information Security Officer/Information Security Head - Financial Services

- We have an immediate and very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is one of India's TOP Financial Services Organization and has interests in multiple business areas. They are working towards business excellence while catering to the needs of some of the most advanced countries in niche segments.

- They are looking for a - Head Information Security- to join them ASAP. The position is based in Mumbai. It is a great opportunity for the Manager who has an urge to manage a fast-growing multi-cultural organization that is structured and process-oriented.

- The incumbent will be overall responsible for leading the Information Security initiatives of the group. The incumbent will also be responsible for:

- Strategize / Advocate / Evangelise the Company's Cyber & Infosec vision

- Performing IT security risk assessments

- Keeping abreast of the latest cyber security technologies

- Setting up the process for the reporting & Investigating of security incidents

- Conducting continuous assessments of IT assets, operational sites and risk management & governance for vendors

- Facilitating/coordinating external audits and regulatory inspections

To qualify for these positions you should :

- An education in Computing / Engineering with relevant security certifications

- Have at least 15 to 24 years of experience

- Have at least 3 years of experience in a Senior Management Position

- Have experience in working in a Large / Complex End-user organization

- Have at least 5 years of experience in Information Security

- Have experience in creating, evangelizing & implementing Security strategies & Policies

- Have experience in Developing, Implementing and Auditing IS Governance & Compliance Programs

- Have exposure to Global compliance standards like GDPR etc

- Have very good communication experience

- Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate

- Professionals having experience only in Network Security, Infrastructure or IT Heads may not fit this position

Salary range : 30 - 40 LPA
