About our Client - Our client is one of the leading consulting firms globally with strong and growing practice in India. Due to rapid expansion in their business, they are looking for seasoned information security professional with around 15 years of experience in financial services or consulting firms to join their business as Chief Information Security Officer based out of any of the metros.

Job Description - Reporting into COO- India, you would be responsible to provide leadership for driving and developing Information Security policy as per the global framework, with factoring risks in Indian scenario. You would also be responsible for:

- Provide effective oversight over execution of Enterprise Security and Incident Response framework.

- To monitor compliance with Information Security Policy and its impact on business working closely with business stakeholders.

- Promote a strong risk culture by providing specialist advice and guidance on enterprise risk programs.

- Act as relationship manager with business to understand their challenges and support implementation of risk framework and maintain close relationship with functional risk and CIO's teams.

- To build and lead a team of information security specialists who provide high level advisory support to the businesses and functions on areas like access control, BCP, ERM etc.

The Successful Candidate - You must be a B.Tech along with a Masters degree with around 15 years of relevant experience working in a consulting firm or financial services firm.

- Thorough understanding of information security principles like enterprise security governance, incident response management, access control, BCP/BCM, ERM etc.

- Knowledge of technology risk management in financial services set up covering IT Security and Information Security.

- Prior experience of working in an environment with a strong control focus.

- Ability to manage senior stakeholders across businesses in an ambiguous environment.

- Certification on CISA, CISM and CISSP would be preferred.
