Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

The CISO will lead the organization's information security strategy and operations, covering aspects such as:

- Developing and implementing information security roadmaps.

- Ensuring protection from internal/external threats and data loss.

- Conducting security audits, testing, and compliance assessments.

- Leading security automation and proactive threat monitoring.

- Engaging with regulatory bodies like RBI and CERT-IN.

- Overseeing cyber-incident responses and stakeholder communications.

- Creating business continuity plans and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Age: 35-55 years (as of February 28, 2025)

- Education: Engineering degree/Post-graduation in Computer Science, IT, or related fields, or MCA.

- Mandatory certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCISO, or CISA. Cloud security certifications are desirable.

- Experience: Minimum 15 years in financial operations or information security, with 7 years of recent leadership in information security and 8 years in banking/finance.

Skills:

- Expertise in cybersecurity tools/technologies (e.g., SIEM, MDR, IAM).

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and regulatory compliance knowledge.

- Proficiency in secure development practices, cloud security, and risk management.
