Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and cost-saving objectives.

- Oversee the deployment of digital technologies across manufacturing units, sales offices, and distribution networks.

- Lead the IT department, managing a team of professionals responsible for system implementation, maintenance, and support.

- Foster innovation by identifying and integrating new technologies that provide competitive advantages and operational efficiencies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless adoption of digital processes.

- Manage the IT budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.

- Ensure cybersecurity measures are robust and compliant with industry standards to protect company data and operations.

- Drive change management initiatives to cultivate a digitally savvy workforce.

- Report to the Board of Directors on progress, challenges, and the impact of digitization efforts.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 15 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in the building industry or related sectors.

- Proven track record of leading successful digital transformation projects.

- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing large budgets and delivering cost-saving results.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and drive change at all levels of the organization.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
