Job Description - An IT leadership role in a strong and growing BFSI Setup. Opportunity to head end to end IT and work directly with the management.

Reporting to the CEO, Job Responsibilities would include:

- Building IT strategy and ensuring its execution across the organisation

- Handling IT applications, infrastructure and security of the firm

- Building and maintaining relationship with stakeholders across departments and ensure smooth IT support to their functions

- Setting up Business continuity and Disaster recovery sites for the firm

- Building and maintaining good relationship with vendors and coordinate and implement projects with different business units

- Assimilate new technology solutions, lead digitisation initiatives and other enterprise level technology roll outs

- Work closely with QA, Professional Services, Developers to drive product development

Education Qualification & Experience :

- BE/ B.Tech /M.S in systems from top tier institutes

- At least 18+ years of overall experience with at least 10 years in BFSI Industry

- Exposure to all sub-domains of IT and hands on experience of handling large scale IT projects

- Strong decision making and multitasking skills
